The Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in London operates only within the following districts: Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Bristol, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, East Sussex, Essex, Gloucestershire, Greater London, Hampshire, Herefordshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Norfolk, Northhamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Suffolk, Surrey, Warwickshire, West Sussex, Wiltshire, Worcestershire, West Midlands (Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Sandwell, Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), Gibraltar.

All issues with regards to the Polish passports are operated on Monday from 11:00 to 17:00 and from Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 to 14:30

Polish Passport collection – only within the hours designated on the confirmation of passport registration – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 10:00-15:30.




The office is closed - on Saturdays and Sundays and on all statutory holidays from work force in Poland and in England (Bank Holiday).
